If you’re looking for the best Canon 80D bundles, read this first:
- Most deals have accessories that look useful, but are actually worthless and won’t work good
- You may see something like “5 extra lenses”, when in reality those 5 lenses are nothing but cheap close-up filters.
These are common tricks. As a beginner you probably think you’re getting a great deal and many stores that put deals together know that.
Don’t just buy any bundle that looks awesome at first, you might actually be paying more than you would buying the items separately (kind of defeats the whole purpose of a bundle, right?).
This is why we wrote this guide, to filter out the bad deals.
We checked out everything available, and selected the 3 best 80D bundles that give you the most for your money.

1. Canon 80D Bundle
What’s included:
- Canon EOS 80D Body
- 2 x Lexar 32GB 95MB/s SDHC Memory Cards
- Ritz Camera Bag
- Polaroid Wireless Shutter Remote
- Polaroid Grey Card
- + 8 more items
- See everything here
What we like: This bundle costs as much as the 80D body only, so you’re not paying for any of the accessories! You can either use them, or sell a few that you don’t need. Win-win! The memory cards are both big and extra fast, and Lexar is a top brand.
What we don’t like: The flash is okay, but far from anything you’d want to use for professional shooting. We also don’t recommend using the tripod if you’re going to mount a heavy lens on the 80D, it’s better for smaller cameras.
Since the price is exactly the same as the body only, this is a great deal.
You can buy it at Amazon or see more reviews here.
2. Canon 80D Bundle
What’s included:
- Canon EOS 80D Body
- Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM
- 2 x Lexar 32GB 95MB/s SDHC Memory Cards
- Ritz Camera Bag
- Polaroid Wireless Shutter Remote
- Polaroid Grey Card
- + 10 more items
- See everything here
What we like: Once again, the deal costs as much as the body + kit lens only. Same 2 x Lexar cards, but you also get a couple of filters for lens protection. Cleaning kits and a simple wireless remote control are also included. Having one makes night time/long exposure photography much easier.
What we don’t like: Same flash and tripod are included. We also don’t think those small wideangle and telephoto filters are any good, but they might be fun for experimenting.
Again, you can sell the accessories you don’t need or give them to someone. The price is the same as 80D + 18-55mm alone.
You can buy it at Amazon or see more reviews here.
3. Canon 80D Bundle
What’s included:
- Canon EOS 80D Body
- Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM
- Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS STM
- 2 x Lexar 32GB 95MB/s SDHC Memory Cards
- Ritz Camera Bag
- Polaroid Wireless Shutter Remote
- Polaroid Grey Card
- + 10 more items
- See everything here
What we like: You get the telephoto 55-250mm lens and save $150, compared to buying it separately later. It’s also on our list of best lenses for the 80D.
What we don’t like: Same flash and tripod are included. We also don’t think those small wideangle and telephoto filters are any good, but they might be fun for experimenting.
Seeing as the 80D is a camera that’s perfect for wildlife and telephoto photography, getting the 55-250mm for such a low price is a steal. If you’re looking for a good quality budget telephoto lens, you won’t find anything better.
You can buy it at Amazon or see more reviews here.
What Type of Accessories To Look For?
A DSLR needs a lens to operate, so if you’re getting the body only bundle, make sure you’ve got a couple of lenses already looked at. If not, you can always check out all of our Canon lens guides here.
Second, the memory card must be fast enough so you won’t experience any delay after taking pictures, or recording long videos. Lexar and SanDisk are the two best companies.
The majority of cheaper tripods aren’t sturdy enough for any serious work, and you can also risk damaging your camera if shooting in difficult weather conditions. We haven’t found a single bundle that would include a solid tripod, but that’s sort of expected as those cost over ~$150.
Cleaning kits, screen protectors, those are always a good thing to have. The 80D has an articulating screen so you can somewhat protect it if you know you won’t be needing it for a while. Cloths and similar air blowing devices are great for removing dust particles.
We have a page dedicated to best bundles for almost all cameras -> check it out here.
